Fourth Grade - Quilted Wall Hanging
Fourth grade created these colorful, organic images using Sharpie and alcohol on fabric. It was part science experiment, part art. Susan Humm, grandmother of St. Clare students in 4th, 3rd and 1st grade offered her amazing quilting skills to tie them all together. But WHAT are they? That’s up to the viewer to decide. Flowers? Jellyfish? It’s up to you. The only thing we know for sure is that they are beautiful, whimsical and lovely. This piece is intended to be a wall hanging rather than a quilt as it is not washable. Dimensions: 38”Wx45”H
